It's been a long December...
Dec. 20th, 2005 03:17 pmI have a distinct urge to sing Counting Crows right now.
My dad and I are leaving for Maui in a couple of hours. I don't know whether or not the condo will have internet this year. Then I will be in Winnipeg Dec. 27 to Jan. 3. Does any one have New Year's plans yet?
I've had a half written post with a review of GoF saved for the last month. I was going to finish it after I saw the movie a second time, but I haven't had a chance to see it again. I believe the basic gist of my review was "Yay! SOO much better than POA!" and "EEEEEE! Lucius/Voldemort OTP!!!"
I haven't had a chance to see Rent yet either which depresses me, especially since my mom says It's not in theatres in Winnipeg any more. I really wanted to see it in theatres.
I'm watching the made-for-tv movie of The Devil's Arithmetic by Jane Yolen at the moment. It was one of my favorite books in elementary school, and certainly my favorite of the young adult Holocaust books. It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to watch the rest of it though as my dad is yelling at me that it time to go. Ciao.
